Your satisfaction matters to us. At WearX, we inspect every product before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if your item arrives damaged due to an issue from our side, we’re here to make it right.


When Returns Are Accepted

We only accept returns in the following case:

✔ The product was damaged during delivery
✔ The issue was not caused by customer handling, misuse, or wear


Report Within 48 Hours

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Late claims will not be entertained — this protects both you and us from misuse.

What You Need to Send

Please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the damage

  • A short explanation of the issue

Incomplete claims will not be processed.


Verification & Return Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • Our team will guide you on how to return the product

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging


Refund or Replacement

After inspection, you can choose:
Replacement product
Refund via original payment method


Important Notes

  • Returns for change of mind, wrong choice, or personal preference are not accepted

  • Damage caused by drops, misuse, or improper handling is not covered

  • WearX reserves the right to reject claims that appear false or incomplete
